Experience: Freshers and 1-2 yrs Exp.

Skills:

1. Provides technical assistance and training to customers by performing the following duties.
2. Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, Phone and other electronic medium.
3. Configure softeare to connect to internet application servers.
4. Configure of client's equipment to connect to the internet via modem/DSL Router (Dialup/Dsl Customers Only).
5. Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in client computer systems.
6. Provide training to clients in the use of sustem and applications as related to internet.
7. Obtain general understanding of OS and appliction operations related to company offered services.
