3. Knowledge of Quality Assurance methodology and best general practices like Manual or Software Application testing.
4. Work experience with Automation advantage (Ruby scripting or QTP or any automation tool )
5. Knowledge of networking environment and protocols advantage (i.e. TCP, SNMP).
6. Setup and configuration of hardware and software test environments.
