Job Description:

• As an Associate Engineer at Dimension Data. the candidate will be tasked with developing configurations and installations, as well as solving technical problems of a medium complexity.
• Will work closely with and be under the supervision of engineers and senior engineers.
• Will be required to take responibility for parts of an installation and problem management.
• We will need you to develop a basic understanding of technical design principles, fundamental project management and administration processes.
• Need to support the technical service desk under supervision by providing telephonic, remote and on-site support to our clients.
