Job Description :
- BTech (ECE/CS/IT/E&I/EEE) /BCA/ B.Sc (CS / IT / Mathematics / Statistics) as basic qualification
- Good communication skills
- Understanding of the Infrastructure Services Business (Knowledge of basic Networking and other technologies)
- Manage Customer escalations and providing technical resolutions
- Independent troubleshooting within SLA
- Adherence to standard operating procedures / work instructions
- Ensure quality of ticket closure and queue assignment
- Maintain track specific records and Vendor management
- Identify avenue for value adds and present value add summary
- Participate in Talent Management meetings – sharing and acquiring knowledge
- Update the knowledge base – Technically upgrade across versions of environment when required
- Participation in Monthly steering committee meetings (as required)
- Participate in monthly QA audits
- Monitoring and Management of various IT Infrastructure components
- First level of Troubleshooting based on Standard Operating Procedures
- Other tasks to complete SOPs based tasks
- Additionally: for DC Ops/ICC Fresher:- knowledge of DB/NW concept and good knowledge of OS.
- For Helpdesk:-knowledge of Windows, MS Office, Internet Browsers, Adobe Acrobat etc.
- Responsible in providing voice support to the clients and online technical resolution
- Basic technical knowledge of PCs
- Knowledge of MS Outlook troubleshooting, Internet and Networking
- Technical knowledge of operating systems like Windows XP
