 Job Description:
  • Responsible for providing service assurance to reliance web store users.
  • Taking care of the various project escalations,timely call resolution within the SLA
  • Resolving application related issues Lotus notes, LAN, printer, scanner and troubleshooting, network installation of business application software.


Required Skills:

  1.  Good communication skills
  2.  Good knowledge on os like windows etc
  3.  Good experience in hardware maintenance and desktop level support
  4.  Good interpersonal skills and customer support attitude
  5.   must have a stable career background
